Donovan Price attended St. Augustine’s College and upon graduating, sought a career in real estate. At only 18 years old he completed his real estate exam to become a BREA licensed agent. The following year he excelled securing his real estate appraisal exams, being the youngest in the class. With more than a decade of experience in real estate appraisals, Donovan has become very knowledgeable in the field. He works very well with clients, often taking the time to review reports with them and striving to meet their needs and building lasting relationship.

When he is not working, Donovan enjoys cooking. In addition to his certifications in Real Estate, he also has a background in culinary arts. During his earlier years, Donovan was heavily involved in humanitarian activities and community outreach. He puts the client first habitually going above and beyond to ensure that their experience with him and the company is the best they can receive.
